Our team has pan-India experience, including Supreme Court; High Courts at Delhi, Bombay & Madras; NLCTs & NCLATs at Delhi & Chennai; Tribunals (Judicial & Quasi-Judicial) including Appellate Tribunal for Electricity & NGT; Commissions including NCDRC; Registries; and MSME Facilitation Councils. We are adept at handling all stages of disputes, from strategising and pre-litigation advisory, to issuance of notices, drafting of pleadings and appearance before all stages in various fora.

Our team regularly appears for MNCs, PSUs, companies, banks, firms, MSMEs, individuals, associations/societies and institutions (religious and otherwise). We advise as well as represent clients on a wide array of original, appellate civil, commercial, regulatory, quasi-criminal and criminal disputes including shareholders, debt recoveries, writs, ESOPs, specific performances, enforcements, terminations, executions, injunctions, FIR quashing, cheque bouncing, economic offences as well as white collar crime issues. Commercial Disputes

We have acted and successfully represented clients in various disputes including for recovery of monies, dishonour of cheques, specific performances and suits (summary or otherwise) before all fora. We assist in securing interim reliefs including injunctions (temporary and/or permanent), stay orders, etc. to preserve the subject matter and/or the client’s interests during the pendency of the dispute, apart from conducting negotiations on behalf of our clients.

Constitutional Disputes

Our team has extensive experience in enforcement of fundamental rights, interpretation of constitutional provisions as well as challenging statutes and regulations before the Apex Court as well as various High Courts. We have acted in disputes pertaining to minority and non-minority educational institutional rights, religious rights, land acquisition rights and presidential references.

IBC & White Collar Crimes

We provide comprehensive services to all stakeholders, i.e., creditors (operational and financial), debtors, resolution professionals including ARCs, banks, individuals and entities. Our team is experienced in advising, and contesting disputes under IBC, SARFAESI, both for and against recovery, corporate insolvency and liquidation processes. We advice on issues pertaining to compliance, compounding and offences under the Banking Regulation Act, FEMA, FERA, PMLA and regulations/circulars.

Personal & Tenancy

Our team advises and represents various parties in family disputes pertaining to matrimonial (maintenance, separation, divorce, domestic violence and custody), execution/challenges to wills, family partition suits, transfer petitions before the Apex Court, and other personal laws. We are experienced in representing the lessor(s)/lessee(s) on a multitude of tenancy issues arising under the relevant local laws extending to adversarial and non-adversarial rental and eviction matters.
