We are experienced in handling various disputes pertaining to distribution, transmission, trading (power and RECs), power purchase approvals by commissions, EPC related disputes and challenge to regulations. We have experience in representing all stakeholders including, generators, distribution licensees, transmission licensees, commissions and users (captive or otherwise).

Our team is highly skilled and well-versed in navigating complex regulations, and is adept at handling tariff determination (generation, transmission as well as distribution), change in law, connectivity, and compliance related disputes before the Central as well as State Electricity Regulatory Commissions.

We have represented stakeholders in diverse energy sector disputes, regularly appearing before regulatory bodies, the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, High Courts, and the Supreme Court.
