• conducting the entire arbitral proceedings before the tribunal including the preparation of statements of claim, counterclaim & defense; securing interim reliefs; challenging the jurisdiction of the tribunal; conducting cross-examination, witness preparation; and arguments.

• representing our clients before various Courts for securing interim reliefs, appointment of arbitrators, enforcements, executions and challenges of Indian/foreign awards, and the appeals arising therefrom.

We have extensively advised and represented MNCs, PSUs, banks, companies, etc. on various contractual disputes for risk evaluation; enforcement, waiver and invocation of contractual rights; termination and breach of contract; invocation and/or revocation or injunction against invocation and/or revocation of personal and other guarantees; recovery of dues, stock and goods; and liquidated and unliquidated damages.
